Phoebe Davies is a Welsh artist working across print, moving-image, performance and sound.

These editions come from a core element of Davies’ studio practice, which is developing print works through performance for camera, often working site-specifically across sectors and locations.  

Alongside her studio practice she has an ongoing collaboration with the performer and choreographer Nandi Bhebhe. As Bhebhe&Davies they direct performance work spanning stage and screen.

She is currently a Wales Venice 10 Fellow and Freelands Artist Fellow at g39 in Cardiff (UK).  She is a recipient of the British Council Social Practice Fellowship (USA), Inaugural Jerwood New Work Fund (UK), and Portland Institute of Contemporary Art’s Creative Exchange Lab Residency (USA).  She is an alumni of Somerset House Studios in London (UK).
